Hung Yen Foreign Affairs Agency regularly receives valuable support from ministries, departments and branches related to the work and organization of delegations from Hung Yen province to promote investment abroad and international delegations. In 2021 alone, the province signed 3 cooperation agreements, including: Cooperation agreement to build a smart city with LH Group (Korea); Cooperation agreement to expand phase 3 of Thang Long II Industrial Park with Sumitomo Group (Japan); Cooperation agreement on continuing to promote technical cooperation in the clean water industry with the Clean Water Agency of Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.

Foreign economic activities continue to be focused and promoted by the province. To attract FDI capital to Hung Yen, the province proactively handles proposals and problems of businesses facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 epidemic, and has issued documents to departments and branches with proposals to ministries and branches. about testing costs, tax reduction...; establish a focal point directory to receive information about Covid-19 vaccination for foreigners in the province; regularly organize Job Fairs for foreign businesses; At the same time, introducing and promoting images and preferential investment policies in industrial clusters in the province.
