SIPAS 2021index is marked based on the component indexes such as: administrative procedure processing; staff processing administrative procedures, results of administrative procedures and receiving and processing feedbacks and recommendations related to administrative procedures.

Based on Sipas index in 2021, Provincial people's committee,heads of departments, boards and branches in the province, people's committee of districts, towns and city should suggest solutions to increase administrative procedure reform and service quality; and improve SIPAS index of their departments in the coming years.
