Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia emphasized that Vietnam and China are friendly neighbors, a comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, and a community of shared future between Vietnam and China with strategic significance, and both countries follow the path of socialism led by the Communist Party.

Strengthening and developing friendly and cooperative relations with China is a top priority in Vietnam's foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralization and diversification.
