The goal of the project is to build a stable land price chart in 5 years (2020 - 2024) which comes close to the actual transfer price in the normal condition, is popular and not affected by factors causing sudden unreasonable increase or decrease in prices and main factors affecting the land prices of all types in the province.
Land price chart is taken as a basis for such cases as: Calculate land use fee when the State recognizes residential land use rights of households and individuals for the area within the limit; allow the conversion of land use purposes from agricultural land, non-agricultural land, other than residential land to residential land, for areas within the quota of residential land allocated to households or individuals; calculate the land use tax; fees and charges in management and use of land; fines for administrative violations in the field of land; compensation for the State when causing damage in land management and use; the value of land use rights to return to people voluntarily returning land to the State in case the land returned is the one allocated by the State, charged fees for land use, recognized the land use right with collection of land use fees, leased by one-off rental payment for the entire lease term.
