90 typical enterprises praised at the conference have the trade unions that pays social insurance and health insurance fully for employees; well implements policies for employees; complies with regulations on occupational safety and sanitation; creates more jobs and participates in signing collective labor agreements with many terms that are beneficial to workers.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang and Chairman of the provincial people’s committee Nguyen Van Phong praised enterprises taking good care of laborers and congratulated enterprises on the occasion of 74 years of Vietnam Business Day.

Chairman of the provincial people’s committee Nguyen Van Phong emphasized that provincial leaders would create favorable conditions to the development of enterprises and at the same time; respect the benefits of enterprises by administration reform instruction;  timely support enterprises for procedures of tax, investment, construction, land and labor training. He requested that investors and enterprises continue to: overcome obstacles, focus on business and manufacturing, advance technology to increase labor productivity and income, improve the competitive capability and make greater contribution to the state budget and society; appeal to the provincial people’s committee against difficulties of enterprises. He added that departments and sectors at all levels should pay more attention to administration reform in order to solve enterprises’ difficulties; quickly implement the land clearance and land hand-over to enterprises; foster training to satisfy the development of industries and services; strictly handle law violation in land management and environment.

90 typical enterprises are given trophies, laurel wreaths and certificates of merits for having outstanding achievements in taking care of laborers. 20 enterprises are given certificates of merits by Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and 55 enterprises are given certificates of merits by the provincial people’s committee and 15 enterprises are given certificates of merits by the provincial confederation of labor
