Delegates cut the ribbon to open Hung Yen Orange Fair 2022

Speaking at the opening of Hung Yen Orange Fair 2022, Mr. Nguyen Hung Nam, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Hung Yen Orange Fair is an annual activity organized by the Provincial People's Committee to introduce and promote Hung Yen’s agricultural products to consumers, domestic and foreign tourists, contributing to bringing production efficiency to farmers. This is also an opportunity for cooperatives, gardeners, production households, and businesses producing and trading Hung Yen oranges to exchange and listen to consumers' suggestions for products. Thereby, there are solutions in intensive farming techniques, product quality improvement, service methods to bring Hung Yen oranges to constantly reach out.

The fair has a scale of 50 stalls displaying orange products, citrus fruits and a number of agricultural products, rural industrial products, typical handicraft products of the province such as: oranges, pomelos, longans, guava, dry longan, honey, turmeric starch...

As planned, the Hung Yen Orange Fair will take place on December 17 and 18. Right in the morning, the orange fair has attracted a lot of domestic and foreign tourists to visit and buy products. Gardeners, cooperatives and businesses have sold tons of oranges, with the prices ranging from 35,000 to 70,000 VND/kg depending on the type.
