Therefore, the provincial People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province formulate a plan to coordinate and mobilize the all people to donate rice to poor households and households in the concentrated quarantine zones for COVID-19 prevention and control to overcome difficulties and settle down. According to the plan, the campaigned subjects are cadres, civil servants, officials, officers, soldiers and employees in agencies and units receiving salaries from the state budget and armed forces, benefactors, all people in and outside the province to directly donate rice or cash. The poor households shall be donated 30 kg of rice/household; households in the concentrated quarantine zones for COVID-19 prevention and control shall be donated 20 kg of rice/household. The campaign period starts from April 10 to May 10, 2020.
