At the meeting 

According to the report of the Department of Industry and Trade, up to now, there are 9 Departments of Industry and Trade and 20 enterprises, rural industrial establishments in provinces and cities registered to participate with a total of 85 booths.

Up to now, there have been 20 enterprises, rural industrial establishments in the province registered with 60 booths. 

At the same time, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with My Hao District People's Committee to do survey and determine the location for the Fair and Festival, to complete the ground plan and arrange the booths at the Fair. - Festival. 

As planned, the fair will be held at the My Hao Trade Center (Nhan Hoa commune, My Hao district). Besides, the preparation of the event content, the propaganda and advertisement, the decoration and logistics have been implemented as planned. 

At the meeting, the leaders of Van Giang district and My Hao district reported to the Organizing Board on the preparation of the Fair and Festival. 

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Quang emphasized the Fair and Festival are scheduled to be held from November 22nd - 27th. 

This is an important trade promotion event co-ordinated by the provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, so the members of the Organizing Board, leaders of the districts and cities in the province perform the tasks as assigned by the Board, ensuring the participation of booths at the Fair - Festival as planned.
