Hưng Yên Egg Lychee Cooperative: Hưng Yên Egg Lychee Output Increases by 20%
Currently, the Hưng Yên Egg Lychee Cooperative in Da Loc commune (An Thi) cultivates 50 hectares of Hưng Yên egg lychee, an increase of 30 hectares compared to 2020. Of this, the harvestable area accounts for approximately 30% of the total area. This year, the cooperative's Hưng Yên egg lychee output is estimated at about 60 tons, a 20% increase compared to 2024. As of June 11, the cooperative had harvested approximately 35 tons of fruit, with wholesale prices at the orchard ranging from 110,000 to 130,000 VND/kg, depending on the size of the fruit. Lychee harvesting and consumption activities are expected to conclude before June 16.
