In December, 2021, in case the disease condition in the capital city is kept under control and the whole city resumes the new normal status, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hung Yen province will organize the cultural and tourism exchange program with the theme "Hung Yen- safe and friendly destination" at the octagonal house on the walking street at Hoan Kiem ward, Hanoi city.
