The Ngo Quyen Industrial Cluster was established under Decision No. 952/QD-UBND dated April 9, 2020, and amended under Decision No. 1469/QD-UBND dated July 16, 2024, issued by the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee. The industrial cluster covers an area of approximately 30 hectares, located within the administrative boundaries of Ngo Quyen Commune and Hung Dao Commune in Tien Lu District. The technical infrastructure of the industrial cluster features comprehensive planning for construction and warehouse land; administrative and service land; technical infrastructure zones; green space areas; and water bodies and irrigation canals. The operational sectors within the industrial cluster include: manufacturing and assembly of mobile phones, electronic components, and household appliances; production of automobiles, motorcycles, and power machinery; supporting industries for automotive, electronics-informatics, textile, and mechanical manufacturing sectors.
