On December 3, at the office of the Provincial Party Committee, the Steering Committee celebrated the 190th foundation anniversary of the province (1831 - 2021), the 80th foundation anniversary of the Provincial Party Committee (July 7, 1941 - July 21, 2021) and the 25th anniversary of the re-establishment of Hung Yen province (January 1, 1997 - July 31, 2011). 1.1.2022) (abbreviated as Provincial Commemorative Steering board) held a conference to discuss and evaluate the progress of implementing commemorative activities. According to the report of the Provincial Commemorative Organizing board, the province has so far organized and implemented many activities such as: review, supplement the number of guests according to the direction of the Provincial Commemorative Steering board; finalize the script of the celebration; collect books, newspapers, documents and images related to the province to display and introduce at the celebration day; complete recipient of works for song composition contest about Hung Yen province; rehearse musical performancefor the celebration; complete the recipient of request documents for commendation of provincial departments and completesubmission to the President for awarding the First-class Labor Order to the province. Hung Yen Newspaper has completed the content of the special issue. Provincial Radio and Television Station is focusing on making documentaries about the process of foundation, construction and development of the province.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia,Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that: the branches and departmentsshould set up operating scenariosthat must be detailed, scientific and reasonable; carefully prepare conditions for the phase 2 groundbreaking ceremony of the road construction project connecting Hanoi - Hai Phong highway with Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway,the project of upgrading and expanding Hanoi - Hung Yen inter-provincial lengtheningroad  and the ceremony of awarding the Investment Certificate to investors in the province; develop a plan to ensure security and order at the locations that commemorative activities occur; promote propaganda activities,  office decoration,  posters, slogans, flags, flowers on main roads and streets of central districts, towns and the city...
