Cau Nghin Industrial Park - an attractive destination for investors.

According to the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, in recent years, the province has consistently been among the localities with strong appeal to domestic and foreign investors. Along with its favorable location and open policies, the most important foundational factor is the proactive approach of industrial park infrastructure investors in accelerating construction and completing technical components right from the outset. From 2024 to the present, industrial park project owners have accelerated progress, bringing approximately 1,000 hectares of land into the construction of technical infrastructure. As a result, the total area of industrial parks with invested technical infrastructure has reached about 2,500 hectares, accounting for 89% of the total planned area. Of this, 540 hectares are clean land ready for lease, serving secondary investors.

Currently, the province has 18 industrial parks in operation, with a high rate of attracting secondary investors and providing increasingly complete infrastructure capable of accommodating large-scale, modern technology projects. Among the projects accelerating construction progress, Industrial Park No. 5 is a highlight. The project has a total area of over 192 hectares, of which 142.5 hectares are leased land. To date, phase 1 has completed over 109 hectares, immediately meeting the needs of many investors. Phase 2, covering over 80 hectares, is being implemented very urgently, having reached approximately 70% of the work volume, exceeding the set progress by 60%. Mr. Dao Tat Ha, Head of the Project Department - the unit managing the infrastructure of Industrial Park No. 05, informed: “We are focusing all resources and working continuously to complete the transportation routes, electricity, water, and wastewater treatment systems... to ensure readiness to receive projects in the shortest possible time.” The goal is to shorten construction time while strictly adhering to technical standards and environmental protection requirements. In addition, one of the outstanding advantages of Cau Nghin Industrial Park is its modern internal transportation system, which was planned comprehensively from the outset. The project allocates 10.97% of its land area to the construction of 9 transportation routes with a total length of nearly 6km. Many routes have large cross-sections, capable of accommodating various types of specialized transport vehicles, maximizing convenience for businesses. Besides transportation, technical infrastructure items such as electricity supply, water supply, telecommunications, wastewater treatment, etc., are all built to high standards, ensuring stable operation and meeting the long-term needs of investors. The project is currently focusing on phase 3 construction, striving for completion in 2026. Thanks to quality infrastructure and a favorable location, the occupancy rate of the industrial park has reached over 40% and is expected to continue increasing rapidly in the coming time. Not only Cau Nghin Industrial Park, but many other industrial parks in the province are also accelerating investment towards modern, sustainable, and environmentally friendly practices, meeting the increasingly high demands of large manufacturing corporations.

To achieve the investment attraction goals as planned, the province is focusing on the key task of creating clean land funds and accelerating the investment progress in industrial park infrastructure. At the same time, it is reviewing and supplementing land use plans for industrial parks already identified in the development plan. New industrial parks are being added to the province's list of key projects, creating a legal basis to boost investment attraction. Focus on land clearance and expedite the handover of land to infrastructure investors. Accelerate the implementation of licensed industrial park infrastructure projects; provide maximum support for procedures for secondary investors. The province aims to have approximately 2,000 hectares of clean land ready for lease by the end of 2025. By 2030, the province aims to have 30 industrial parks with an area of 9,588 hectares, and by 2050, complete 35 industrial parks with an area of over 12,000 hectares.
