The scope of boundary subjected to establishment of the detailed construction planning on the scale of 1/500 of the relic area of Tran Temple, Mau Temple and Ban Nguyet Lake Park is carried out in the area under the management of Quang Trung ward and Minh Khai ward (Hung Yen city). The North is adjacent to the offices on Bach Dang street and the residential area of Pham Ngu Lao street; the south borders on Vong Cung residential area; the west borders on the provincial military command and the left dike of Red River. The area subjected to the detailed planning is about 11.25 hectares. The technical criteria are determined based on the urban criteria of class II.
The project aims to preserve, renovate and promote the great value of Pho Hien ancient urban area, in order to do justice to a special national monument associated with tourism development. The construction is associated with the exploitation of spiritual values and beliefs to make it become a tourist attraction.
The investor is the People's Committee of Hung Yen City. The capital is financed from the source of merit money of Tran Temple and Mau temple. The estimated cost of implementation is over VND 700 million.
