In the morning of March 29, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus paid a working visit to Hung Yen province and attended the signing ceremony of the business cooperation contract between partners of Vietnam and Belarus....

The meeting saw the attendance of Mr. Do Tien Sy, Member of the Central Party Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the provincial delegation of National Assembly; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the working session, Provincial Party Secretary Do Tien Sy warmly welcomed the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus and his delegation to the province. Hung Yen province has carried out a number of methods to build up traditional relationship between two nations and between Hung Yen province and localities of Belarus. This tie is developed through the joint-venture project of automobile manufacturing and assembling and the joint-venture project of dairy production and processing that Belarus is implementing in Kim Dong district.

At the working session, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong gave an overview of socio-economic situation and history of the province as well as the orientation and development strategy, preferential investment and prioritized investment fields in the coming time which belongs to Belarus’s strength. Now Belarus is implementing two projects of automobile assembly and production and dairy processing and cultivation in Hung Yen province. Hung Yen will make great effort to cooperate with Belarus in creating the best condition for these projects to go into operation as soon as possible. Chairman of the provincial People's Committee wishes that the Deputy Prime Minister will create favorable conditions for farm products of Hung Yen Province to enter into Belarusian market and hopes that Belarus will implement more projects of its strength in the province.

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus expressed his pleasure to pay this visit to Hung Yen province. The free trade agreements signed by two countries have opened a lot of cooperation opportunities in which two nations can give support to each other. He said that Belarus will implement more projects which belong to its strength in Hung Yen province

Prior to that, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee visited the MAZ Automobile Assembly Plant which is being built in Kim Dong district. The project has the total investment in two phases of over VND 800 billion. Now the factory is mostly established and predicted to go into operation in the 2^nd quarter of 2018 with the major products including trucks, tractor trailers, etc. The productivity is 3,000 items per year.
