On July 8th, Mr. Nguyen Hung Nam, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected the operation of the two-level local government and the activities of the Public Administrative Service Center in Quynh Phu and A Sao communes.

Through the inspection, it was found that the communes had done a good job preparing the infrastructure, office buildings, vehicles, and related conditions to ensure that they meet the requirements for operating the two-tiered local government model from July 1st. Through operation, the localities have proactively overcome difficulties in infrastructure and equipment, ensuring efficient operation and not affecting the handling of administrative procedures for citizens and businesses.

The two communes have directed the Public Administrative Service Center to publicly display all decisions and lists of administrative procedures under their jurisdiction. All administrative issues and procedural requests from citizens are addressed and processed according to the prescribed procedures…

The two localities also highlighted difficulties such as: citizens and officials are still unfamiliar with the new model; the public service system is not yet synchronized; and there is a lack of working facilities and equipment…

Qua kiểm tra, Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Nguyễn Hùng Nam ghi nhận, đánh giá cao công tác chuẩn bị và tổ chức vận hành mô hình chính quyền địa phương 2 cấp nói chung và hoạt động của Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công các xã Quỳnh Phụ, A Sào nói riêng. Đồng chí Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh nhấn mạnh: Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công cấp xã có vai trò quan trọng trong quá trình thực hiện mô hình chính quyền địa phương 2 cấp. Do vậy, các địa phương phải quan tâm bố trí nhân lực, cơ sở vật chất, tổ chức vận hành thật tốt bộ phận này, để góp phần đẩy mạnh cải cách thủ tục hành chính, thúc đẩy phát triển sản xuất, kinh doanh, bảo đảm quyền lợi cho người dân trên địa bàn.
