In the first 6 months of 2022, the propaganda and training commissions at all levels have grasped the actual situation and actively consult leaders at all levels to deploy synchronously tasks of propaganda and training. The propaganda and training commissions at all levels have actively made plans to organize conferences to disseminate directions and resolutions of the central government and the province; advised contents of the110th  anniversary of comrade To Hieu's birthday (1912-2022) and celebration of the 110th birthday of comrade Le Van Luong (March 28, 1912-March 28, 2022); carried out the conclusion ref 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo. Research, compilation and publication of the local party history is paid attention to. Training of political theory has reached the set plan.

Foreign information focuses on dissemination of policies and paths of the Party and laws of the Government, especially the essence of the resolution of the 13th Party congress, the 19th provincial Party committee congress and the foreign information activities of the provincial Party, the Government and leaders.

Press agencies in the province continues to implement precisely principles, purposes and comply with laws about press activities; communicate timely and comprehensively all faces of politics, economy, culture, society, security and national defense, and foreign information. Press activities are stable, there are no violations in profession activities of press agencies and journalists in the province.

In the last 6 months of 2022, propaganda and training sectors at all levels should concentrate on following tasks: Study, disseminate, review the implementation of resolutions, directions of the Party, programs, projects of the province to carry out the resolutions of the party committees at all levels; complete the plan of training, political theory fostering 2022; communicate and disseminate policies and vision of socio-economic development, policies of provincial investment attraction to organizations and individuals inside and outside the province, remarkable events of the country and the province, international and regional issues having enormous effects on global political situation concerned by the public opinion. Press agencies foster propaganda of the new model, creative and effective methods; actively advocate the press awards.

At the conference, on the occasion of the 97th anniversary of Vietnamese revolutionary press day,Mr. Tran Quoc Toan and Mr. Dao Hong Van presented congratulation flowers and gifts to the press agencies. Colonel Hoang Manh Hung presented the congratulation flowers to the propaganda and training commission of the provincial party committee and press agencies in the province.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan emphasized that in the coming time, the propaganda and training commissions at all levels should continue to instruct, guide, lead and remind the localities and units to review and carry out the tasks in the final half of the year attached with the emulation movements; grasp the situations of the party members and people in the province; well orient the public opinion  and press; oppose false information of rivals in order to protect firmly the platform of the Party; actively disseminate and spread the image of Hung Yen landscape and people to domestic and foreign friends. Press agencies should stay more creative and flexible in dissemination and implementation of the resolutions of the Party congress at all levels; come up with high quality works to reflect the economic and social situation of the province in order to ameliorate the knowledge of foreign friends about Hung Yen province; accordingly, evolve the profession into a humane, professional and modern press and communication sector and accompany the Party committee on the development path.
