Department of Information and Communications ranks “Good” in the e-government level ranking chart among the State agencies of the province in 2018
According to Decision No. 736 / QĐ-UBND dated March 11, 2019 of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee on the announcement of the results of evaluation and ranking of e-Government level in Hung Yen State agencies in 2018, there are 21 departments and agencies subject to the assessment (in which 17 units provide online public services, 4 specific units do not provide online public services) and 10 districts and cities....
According to Decision No. 736 / QĐ-UBND dated March 11, 2019 of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee on the announcement of the results of evaluation and ranking of e-Government level in Hung Yen State agencies in 2018, there are 21 departments and agencies subject to the assessment (in which 17 units provide online public services, 4 specific units do not provide online public services) and 10 districts and cities....
In the evaluation and ranking chart of e-government levels of departments and sectors, 13 departments rank “Good” , 8 departments rank ‘average”. Top departments in the chart include the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Transport, Department of Information and Communication, Provincial Police. The evaluation of e-government level of departments and sectors bases on the criteria: IT technical infrastructure; IT applications in the department’s activities; page/portal; online public services; mechanisms, policies and regulations for IT application; human resources for IT applications.
It is known that this is the first year Hung Yen province implementing evaluation and ranking of e-government level in state agencies. The evaluation criteria are based on Decision No. 2749 / QĐ-UBND dated November 13, 2018 of the Provincial People's Committee on issuing the set of criteria for evaluating and ranking e-government level in administrative agencies in Hung Yen province.
Based on the results of the evaluation and ranking of e-Government level in State agencies in 2018, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the heads of departments, agencies and People's Committees of districts and cities to organize dissemination, learn by experience and make plans to improve the efficiency of e-government construction and the ranking index of e-government level in the following years.
