On the morning of September 20, a delegation from Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China led by Mr. Lian Kunming, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Mayor of Huzhou City, visited and worked at DragonTextiles 2 Co., Ltd., Quynh An Commune, under Thang Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company - Dragon Group. According to the leader of Thang Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company - Dragon Group, in recent times, the enterprise has been operating mainly in 3 groups of fields: construction industry, commercial services, real estate with many projects being implemented effectively in many provinces and cities across the country. The enterprise has been successfully cooperating with Wangneng Environmental Joint Stock Company, a member of Mizuda Group in Ho Chau city, in the project of investing in a solid waste incineration plant to generate electricity in Thai Thuy commune and cooperating in distributing cars for Chinese car manufacturers. The solid waste incineration power generation plant project has a total investment of 62 million USD, starting construction in June 2025, expected to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2026, with a design capacity to treat at least 600 tons of domestic solid waste/day, and a power generation capacity of 15MW.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province; Mr. Lian Kunming, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Mayor of Ho Chau city witnessed the cooperation exchange between Thang Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company - Dragon Group and Mizuda Group.
Through the working session, the company hopes to continue to exchange, speed up the implementation of the cooperation projects as well as expand cooperation opportunities to other fields where Ho Chau city's enterprises have strengths.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, welcomed, acknowledged and highly appreciated the initial results in the cooperation relationship between Hung Yen province and Ho Chau city. With many favorable conditions after the merger, Hung Yen province is an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that the two sides continue to coordinate to implement and soon put the solid waste incineration power plant project in Thai Thuy commune into operation. With the importance of promoting cooperation between localities, he hoped that after the working session, the leaders of Ho Chau city and the city's business community would continue to research and invest in Hung Yen province. Thereby, further strengthening the spirit of solidarity and good friendship between the two localities as well as actively contributing to the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between Vietnam and China.
Mr. Lian Kunming, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Huzhou City, expressed his impression and appreciation for the comprehensive development of Hung Yen Province in recent times. At the same time, he briefly introduced Huzhou City, which is one of the 14 key cities in the Yangtze River Delta region, a city with a strongly developed high-tech industry, contributing significantly to making Zhejiang Province one of the economic locomotives in the eastern region of China. Zhejiang also plays an important role in the traditional friendship between the two Parties and the two countries of Vietnam and China, and is a place where President Ho Chi Minh visited many times. The cooperation between Ho Chau city and Hung Yen province brings many opportunities and potential for sustainable development for both sides. Ho Chau city will create the most favorable conditions for the city's business community to continue to cooperate as well as research and invest in Hung Yen province in the coming time.
