The Vietnam-Cuba diplomatic relationship is one of the most special and rare in the world, built on a foundation of solidarity, friendship, loyalty, and sharing even in the most difficult times. The pure and unwavering solidarity between the two nations, meticulously nurtured by President Ho Chi Minh and leader Fidel Castro, has become an exemplary symbol of international relations. The Vietnamese people will forever remember the heartfelt and sincere support that Cuba has given to Vietnam during the arduous years of resistance, as well as in the current process of national construction and defense. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee took the time to introduce the geographical location, natural conditions, cultural traditions, and socio-economic aspects of Hung Yen province.
