With the convergence of favorable conditions in terms of geographical location, technical infrastructure and synchronous planning, in recent years, Yen My district has attracted muchattention of investors to do research andmake selection for a destination or a stopover for projects. In order to boost investment, manufacturing and business, disclosure of planning and production site are paid attention to. Beside industrial manufacturing, projects of urban area and commerce development are also interested among investors. Authorities at all levels regularly grasp the manufacturing status of the enterprises and encourage them to overcome difficulties to remain manufacturing and business. At the same time, policies to assist enterprises, labors and business households affected by Covid-19 pandemic have been carried out. The district also accompanies enterprises in site clearance, beef up process of projects, publicize the construction planning and land use plans in order to ease the enterprises' access to information of land and planning. The resolution of the 19th Party congress (term 2020-2025) has defined: Focus on investment attraction to fit the planning; prioritize substantial scaled project, high technology projects, support projects, digital technology projects which make great contribution to growth and State budget; and that: Concentrating difficulty resolution, mobilizing the investment sources of  the infrastructure of socio-economy, commerce, service and urban area infrastructure, developing digital platform and prioritizing traffic infrastructure and major areas to create the momentum for development.

In order that the resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress comes to life on June 21, 2021, the Standing Provincial Party committee issued the Conclusion ref 223-KL/TU about the Plan of beefing up investment attraction and improving the provincial competitiveness index for the 2021-2021 period, with the orientation towards 2030. The Provincial People's committee requested the enhancement of leadership of Party committee at all levels; management of the government; inspection of Vietnam Fatherland front and socio-economic organizations; and that departments and organizations should consider the content of business environment improvement as the regular and preeminent task. At the same time, boosting review and administrative reform; accelerating the information technology in activities of State departments; building the e-government effectively and safely; implementing 100% of the administrative procedures at level 3;4; minimizing direct transactions…Concentrating adjustment of solutions for industrial park and industrial cluster development planning for the 2021-2030 period, with the vision to 2050.

Government's company, enterprise's growth

In the coming time, the provincial leaders actively communicate and resolve complaints of the enterprises; direct construction of digital government; support startups; get access to land resources, production site and human resource training; rectify inspection in order to reduce overlapping process and inconvenience for enterprises. Beside the conventional communication channel, the provincial leaders also host the periodic meetings in the form of "business-person- coffee"; publicize their e-mails so that people can give direct feedbacks. Firstly, improve the investment environment of the province, deploy PCI project for the 2021-2025 period, the Direction ref 12/CT-CTUBND  dated Sep.23, 2021 of the provincial people's committee; the project of improvement of site clearance efficiency attached with investment attraction and infrastructure growth in the province…

Secondly, renew the methods and mechanisms of investment promotion: Organize the activities of investment promotion for each target enterprises. Participate in business travel for investment promotion at the national level to get access to large economic corporations and take the advantage of support of the government, ministries, central departments and diplomatic representative office in the foreign countries.

Thirdly, enhance the human resource quality, set up the training plan according to the market demand, accomplish the infrastructure to call for investments; prioritize the investment capital to build infrastructure…

Fourthly, accelerate the inspection to detect, prevent and handle violations in management and use of land, especially encroachment of land and wrongdoings in land use, convert purpose of land use without permission of authorities, confiscate land allocated to enterprises but slowly put into operation…
