* On October 23, the provincial people’s committee issued the Decision ref 2418/QD-UBND approving the planning of construction zone on the ratio of 1/2000 of Ly Thuong Kiet industrial park. The total area of planning of construction zone on ratio 1/2000 is over 317 hectares; in which land used for building the industrial park is over 194 hectares. The boundaries to make the planning of construction zones are located in Hong Tien commune, Dong Tien commune of Khoai Chau district; Ly Thuong Kiet commune ( Yen My district), Xuan Truc commune (An Thi district). Ly Thuong Kiet industrial park specializes in such sectors as manufacturing and assembly of electric and electronic equipment, products of new technology and high-tech products serving electronic, IT and new energy sectors; manufacturing and assembly of mechanical engineering, machinery manufacturing, mechanical assembly, supporting industries serving manufacturing of automobiles, household appliances, machinery and equipment; logistics, transportation service, product exhibition.

Thien Phien industrial cluster (Tien Ly district) is located  on Thien Phien commune, having the area of over 748 thousand square meters. It is the small and medium-sized industrial cluster of non-polluted sectors such as agri-product processing and handicrafts. The purpose of establishing this industrial cluster is to create new jobs to local laborers; contribute to the shift of rural economy structure and growth of industrial manufacturing and handicrafts; overcome negative impacts on ecological environment due to manufacturing of handicrafts caused by densely populated area of the locality; make a legal reference for investment promotion and capital attraction from enterprises investing in infrastructure construction as well as the reference for management of construction and land in the locality.
