The whole conference

The draft of the Plan of building and implementing the 'Government serving people and enterprises' model prescribes the content, criteria and venue to build up the model and the schedule. Accordingly, 6 communes and wards under 6 districts and cities will be chosen to pilot the model from now until Dec. 2023. As of 2024, the model will be deployed across the province.

In order to ensure disclosure in implementation of the model towards the digital governance, and civilized and friendly working environment, heads of the government should be friendly and exemplary, develop the cadres of civil servant, public employees, local public security guards into the responsible forces to people and enterprises.

At the conference, delegates gave feedbacks on steps of implementation according to the requirements, the content and the methods of building the 'Government serving people and enterprises' model; the dissemination methods and infrastructure to response to the operation of the models.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Le Huy highly appreciated the voluntary spirit of related parties in cooperation of the model execution. However, in order to deploy the model effectively, it was necessary to launch an appropriate implementation, focus on building the cadres of employees, competent and responsible civil servants; propaganda; and evaluation on the key model implementation before developing across the province.

Mrs. Quach Thi Huong affirmed that serving people and businesses is the task that has been implemented at all levels of government, but in order to make it better and more professional, the establishment of models of "Government serving people and businesses" in the current period is very necessary. The Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization will coordinate with the Party civil affairs committee at the People's committee and related units to organize training courses to help grassroots civil servants improve their capacity in mass mobilization and professionalism in serving people and business better. The establishment of a steering committee to build the 'Government serving people and enterprises' model and the steering committee's assisting group should be implemented soon in order to guide selected communes and wards buildingthe model.

Party civil affairs committee at the People's committee and the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization have basically agreed on the contents of implementing the model of "Government serving the people and businesses" in communes, wards and townships in Hung Yen province as well as the models will  available in the near future.
