On the afternoon of October 14th, at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Le Huy, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a working session between the Provincial People's Committee and a delegation from Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. (Japan), led by Mr. Yamazaki Shunsuke, Chief Representative of the company, who came to explore the investment environment in Hung Yen province.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy gave an overview of Hung Yen province's potential and advantages in attracting investment, especially its favorable geographical location within the Northern key economic region, its increasingly完善 transportation infrastructure, and its convenient connections with Hanoi and neighboring provinces. He emphasized that Hung Yen province is focusing on attracting investment in the following areas: industry - industrial park and cluster infrastructure; high-tech agriculture; trade - logistics services; housing and urban development.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy affirmed: Hung Yen always welcomes and creates the most favorable conditions for foreign businesses, including Japanese investors, to explore and implement projects in the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Yamazaki Shunsuke, Chief Representative of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., expressed his admiration for the development potential and investment attraction policies of Hung Yen province. He stated that the company has been operating in Vietnam for 14 years and is currently operating an industrial warehouse system in Hung Yen. Businesses are seeking to learn more about investment cooperation opportunities in areas such as land use planning, infrastructure development, industrial park construction, tax incentives, and local labor policies. They also expressed their desire to have the opportunity to cooperate in investing in the construction of industrial park infrastructure in Hung Yen province in the near future.
