At the working session, Mr. Wakimoto Yuji, General Director of Mektec Manufacturing Corporation Vietnam Ltd. said: The company is headquartered in Thang Long II Industrial Park, manufacturing electronic components. The company registered its operation in 2016 with a charter capital of 60 million USD, so far the total investment is more than 3.7 trillion VND. In 2020, the company's revenue has reached nearly 1.9 trillion VND and employing 2.2 thousand employees. Due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, currently 50 employees of the company have to temporarily stop working. To ensure production, the company wishes to supply and use a stable and good-quality power source, at the same time requesting the province to direct relevant sectors to guide and create favorable conditions for the business in recruiting and using laborers.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van affirmed that the province always creates favorable conditions for enterprises to invest in production and business in the area, including Japanese enterprises. The province's policy is not to cut off production electricity in industrial zones, except in case of force majeure. Regarding the recruitment and employment, the province has directed the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to create favorable conditions to help businesses overcome difficulties but comply with the law. He wished that businesses would regularly inform and reflect on their proposals and recommendations to the provincial leaders for prompt resolution; proactively buy vaccines from Japan to inject early for employees, contribute to the effective Covid-19 prevention and control, and continue to perform well in the epidemic prevention and control and production development.
