In a friendly and open atmosphere, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van and leaders of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding between the People's Committee of Hung Yen province and the corporation on the partnership program on the urban growth for Hung Yen province.

Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) is a state-owned economic group with a very large scale, multi-industry activities, in which the strength is urban development and housing. The content of cooperation between Hung Yen province and the corporation is one of 17 cooperation documents between Vietnam's ministries, branches and localities and Korean partners which have been signed and exchanged in the presence of State President Vo Van Thuong and President Yoon Suk-Yeol. Hung Yen province is honored to be selected as one of five provinces including: Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Thai Binh, and Thanh Hoa which have a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation on urban growth with the Korean side.

In Hung Yen province, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation is investing in building a clean industrial park at the road connecting two highways, located in the two districts of An Thi and Khoai Chau with an area of ​​nearly 150 hectares, with the total investment capital of 1,800 billion VND. The project opens up a lot of cooperation opportunities between Hung Yen province and Korean businesses. Currently, Korea is also the partner with the most investment projects in Hung Yen province and Hung Yen also has a large workforce working in Korea.
