According to the report of Tam Da commune, up to now, the commune has converted over 240ha of land, with the crops of high economic value such as: Duong Canh orange, Bo Ha orange, Dien pomelo... In which, many trees give the value from 600 million VND - nearly 1 billion VND / ha / year. In the process of crop transformation, the commune authorities signed a commitment with households not to build tents on agricultural land and without breaking the plan. 

Currently, Minh Tien commune has more than 160 ha of converted land, mainly growing early ripen hybrid litchi. In which, about 100 ha of converted crops have been harvested. 

For Tong Tran commune, by the end of 2018, the whole commune has granted 2,113 / 2,222 certificates of land use rights in residential areas, reaching the rate of over 95% and 1,491 / 1,620 certificates of agricultural land use rights, accounting for 92%.

At the same time, in the coming time, two communes of Tam Da and Minh Tien need to continue mobilizing people to promote the conversion of plants and animals in accordance with the plan. In particular, to focus on developing crops and animals of high economic value by clean food production models, towards concentrated goods production. The production should follow the process and techniques to ensure the productivity and product quality. Phu Cu district should coordinate with other departments and agencies to promote the propaganda and mobilize people in the area to switch crops; support scientific and technical transfer and product consumption; build the product brand. Particularly for Tam Da commune, now a large number of orange cultivated areas have entered the harvest time, the commune authorities need to promote the propaganda for people to harvest timely to attain the best productivity and quality and coordinate with functional branches to expand consumer markets for people. 

In Tong Tran commune, he highly appreciated the issuance of land use right certificates. At the same time, he asked the commune to share the experience in the issuance to localities in the province. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, districts and city need to be more aggressive in handling land violations and granting land use right certificates. 

He requested Phu Cu district and localities to give solutions for 3 communes of Phu Cu district and 25 communes of other localities to complete the new rural area construction in 2019. In which, to focus on solving difficulties in implementing uncompleted criteria in localities, promoting the auction of land use rights for residential houses and handling redundant land. At the same time, to assign specific tasks to branches and political-social organizations to urge, guide and help localities to complete new rural area construction.
