In the journey to Spring, President Ho Chi Minh - the founder of our Party, when affirming "Our Party is great", "Our Party is moral and civilized", once proved that "Since the day invaded by the French empire, our country was a colony, our people were slaves, our country was trampled under the iron heel of the wicked enemy".From the day it was born, our Party immediately raised the flag of revolution, united and led the entire people to fight for national and class liberation.

With that goal and ideal, the Communist Party of Vietnam was born, has been existing and operating with no other benefits than serving the Fatherland, serving the People, striving to build a Vietnam of "Rich people, strong, democratic, fair and civilized country".In the 92 years of the Party's glory, there have been many cadres and party members who heroically fought and died in imperial prisons, on the battlefield against foreign aggression. In peacetime, despite facing the temptations and negatives of the market economy and integration, the vast majority of cadres and party members still maintain a strong, clean political spirit and pure morality and lifestyle.

Welcoming the Lunar New Year 2022, the Party Committee, the government and people of Hung Yen province are getting prouder of the cultural and revolutionary tradition of 190 years of establishment of the province, 80 years of establishment of the provincial Party Committee and 25 years of re-establishment of the province; are honored to receive the First-class Labor Order - a noble award by the Party and State. Amid this atmosphere, the entire Party Committee, army and people of the province enthusiastically have been emulating at work to achieve comprehensivelygoals and tasks of socio-economic development. All levels and branches are promptly taking immediate actions and implementing support policies to overcome and solve difficulties for people and businesses affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Party building and rectification and political system construction are given much attention, directed with high political determination and receiving people's support. National defense, security, and foreign affairs have achieved many positive results... The above achievements and results are even more meaningful when 2021 is the first year of implementing the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, when we are facing an unprecedented challenge, which is the re-emergence of the Covid-19 epidemic, especially the fourth wave that has had a great and negative impact on all aspects of our economy, culture, society and education; to the material and spiritual life of the people

Spring reminds us to live more beautiful and purer. The coming spring urges us to bring our hands, brains, energy and strength together to continue writing the history page for the renovation stage. In 2022, the Party Committee, the government and people in the province continue to move forward on the 5-year journey defined in the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress. While the heading path is challenging, if the people voluntarily accompany with the Party and "the will of the Party and the people is one", no difficulty can stop the forward movement with the mentality of the one who grasps new opportunities. The new opportunity comes from the burning desire and ardent belief to fulfill the wishes of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong that is: "The Party Committee, the government and the people of Hung Yen province are increasingly developing, progressing and achieving greater success. Our homeland is getting more prosperous and morepeaceful".
