On the evening of July 1st, at Nguyen Van Linh Square (Pho Hien Ward), an art program titled "Melodies of the Homeland - Faith in a New Day" was held to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the birth of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh (July 1st, 1915 - July 1st, 2025) and to celebrate the merger of Hung Yen and Thai Binh provinces. Attending the art program were: Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.  Also attending the program were former provincial leaders from various periods, members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, and a large number of people from all walks of life in the province.

The artistic program consists of three chapters: Chapter 1 - The Flame of Revolution in the Heart; Chapter 2 - Melodies of the Homeland; Chapter 3 - Hung Yen Steadfastly Marches into a New Era. Through meticulously staged artistic works, the life and revolutionary career of Comrade Nguyen Van Linh, an outstanding son of the cultured Hung Yen homeland and an excellent disciple of President Ho Chi Minh, were vividly and profoundly portrayed. In addition, many unique cultural performances recreated and introduced Hung Yen, a land rich in produce, with a long history and cultural heritage, a steadfast revolutionary tradition, and a land of studiousness, creating a strong and vibrant dynamism for this key economic region of Northern Vietnam.

Through artistic programs that create a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere; encourage solidarity and unity; and inspire creativity among officials, civil servants, employees, armed forces personnel, and the people, encouraging them to compete in labor and production, excellently fulfilling their duties, and contributing to Hung Yen, along with the rest of the country, entering a new era, becoming "a livable place in the Red River Delta, a connecting center between regions across the country".
