On February 21, the Provincial Standing Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Secretariat on the transfer, rotation and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Deputy Chairman of the Office of the Government to join the Executive Party Committee, the Provincial Standing Party Committee and holding the position of the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (2015 - 2020).

Attending the conference were the Central Party Committee Members:  Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Central Organization Committee; Mr. Mai Tien Dung, Minister, Chairman of the Office of the Government.  It saw the attendance of Mr. Do Tien Sy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Standing Party Committee.

At the conference, under the authorization of the Party Central Committee Secretariat, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh announced the Decision No. 1819-QDNS/TW dated February 2, 2020 of the Secretariat on transfer, rotation and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Deputy Chairman of the Office of the Government to join the Executive Party Committee, the Provincial Standing Party Committee and holding the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (2015 - 2020).

Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung were born in 1971, has professional qualifications:  Graduated from University of Law, University of Foreign Languages, Master of Laws; High-level Political theory.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Organization Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh said:  Due to the need for cadre work, considering the capacity and experience in performing the task, at the same time based on the actual situation at the local level, after implementing the procedures for cadre work, the Secretariat has decided to transfer, rotate and appoint Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Deputy Chairman of the Office of the Government to join the Executive Party Committee, the Provincial Standing Party Committee and holding the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (2015 - 2020). 

On behalf of the Central delegation, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh gave flowers and congratulated Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung.  At the same time, he wished Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung to continue to strive, train and quickly approach the work and together with the Executive Party Committee of Hung Yen Province to lead  and implement successfully the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress, targets and tasks set out by the 18th Party Congress of Hung Yen Province.
