On December 13, the Steering Committee for celebration of the the 190th anniversary of the foundation of Hung Yen province (1831-2021), the 80th  anniversary of the foundation of Provincial Party Committee (1941-2021) and the 25th anniversary of re-establishment of Hung Yen province (1997-2022)issued the announcement No. 01-TC/BCDKN on activities celebrating the 190th anniversary of the foundation of Hung Yen province (1831-2021), the 80th  anniversary of the foundation of Provincial Party Committee (1941-2021) and the 25th anniversary of re-establishment of Hung Yen province (1997-2022). The content of the announcement is as follows:

Year 2021 marks the 190th anniversary of the foundation of Hung Yen province (1831-2021), the 80th anniversary of the foundation of Provincial Party Committee (1941-2021) and the 25th anniversary of re-establishment of Hung Yen province (1997-2022).

This is the important political event having great meaning to the Party Committee and Hung Yen people. In order to disseminate, educate and promote the cultural, historical, heroic and revolutionary traditions of Hung Yen homeland, amid the context of complicated and unpredictable developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, Hung Yen province has focused on practical activities to celebrate, and at the same time ensure the prevention and control of the pandemic.

1- Propaganda and education of traditions

Compilation and distribution of propaganda materials of the 190th anniversary of the foundation of Hung Yen province (1831-2021), the 80th anniversary of the foundation of Provincial Party Committee (1941-2021) and the 25th anniversary of re-establishment of Hung Yen province (1997-2022). The media agencies in the province promote propaganda about the glorious tradition and the process of formation, construction and development of Hung Yen province, especially the achievements after 25 years of re-establishment. Organize a provincial-level scientific conference on "Journey of striving, construction and development of Hung Yen province". Hold a contest of learning about Hung Yen homeland with the theme "Hung Yen tradition and development"; the contest composing songs about Hung Yen. Mobilize creation of literary and artistic works about Hung Yen.

2- Launching special emulation to celebrate the 190th anniversary of the foundation of Hung Yen province (1831-2021), the 80th anniversary of the foundation of Provincial Party Committee (1941-2021) and the 25th anniversary of re-establishment of Hung Yen province (1997-2022) in order to encourage cadres, party members, armed forces, people and business community to make the effort and successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and the Resolution of the 19th Party Committee. Organize the groundbreaking ceremonies of multiple key traffic works and deliver investment policy decisions to a number of huge investment projects in the province; thereby, contributing to  investment attraction, promoting socio-economic development, and improving people's living standards.

3- Gratitude activities

Party committee of all levels, authorities, Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the province have launched many activities of "Drink water, remember the source", "Repay favor", visited, encouraged and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, elderly revolutionary cadres, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Labor Heroes, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces; embellish cemeteries and memorials for heroes and martyrs; hold incense and flower offerings at Uncle Ho's Memorial House, General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh Memorial and Monument and Provincial Heroes and Martyrs Monument...

4- Solemnly organize the celebration of the 190th anniversary of the foundation of Hung Yen province (1831-2021), the 80th anniversary of the foundation of Provincial Party Committee (1941-2021) and the 25th anniversary of re-establishment of Hung Yen province (1997-2022). In the morning of December 19, 2021, the celebration was held online at the Provincial Convention Center to the bridge points of 10 districts, towns and the city in the province.
