The Prime Minister has responded to the Scheme of addition of the planning expansion of Pho Noi A industrial park to the general development planning of Industrial Parks in the country by 2020....

The PM agreed to adjust the development planning of industrial parks in Hung Yen province by 2020. In details, the expansion area of 92,5 ha of Pho Noi A industrial park is added into the general development planning of Industrial Parks in the country by  2020 and the area of Yen My II Industrial park is reduced from 190ha to 97,5 ha.

Other industrial parks included in the planning of industrial parks in Hung Yen province are pursuant to the Official letter ref 1038/TTg-KTN dated June 17, 2016 and Official letter ref 1181/TTg-KTN dated August 11, 2017 of The Prime Minister

The Prime Minister requests the People’s Committee of Hung Yen province to review and reduce the area of Yen My II Industrial park and include the expansion area of Pho Noi A industrial park based on the reality of implementation and the land quota of industrial parks defined in the Official letter ref 1927/TTg-KTN dated November 02, 2016 of the PM; and to adjust the planning of land use by 2020 and the plan of land use in the last term (2016 – 2020) in Hung Yen province approved by the Government in the Resolution ref 27/NQ-CP dated April 17, 2018.

In addition, The Prime Minister requests the People’s Committee of Hung Yen province to instruct the related departments to receive opinions of Ministries on implementing the approved planning; to direct the related parties and the investors of planning establishment to elaborate the subdivision for construction; to carry out the investment procedures and establishment of industrial parks in each phase in conformity with the investment attraction capability based on the strict compliance with the current Law; to closely supervise the observance of Law on the environmental protection in the industrial parks; to conduct the land use repurposing pursuant to current Law; to come up with solutions to stabilize life, offer jobs and training to residents whose land is subject to recovery; to build houses for workers and social welfare works in the industrial parks in order to ensure living and working conditions of laborers.
