65,5 tons of fresh lychee are directly sold at the early-ripening lychee market 2022
The early-ripening lychee market 2022 was held by the Provincial People's committee in two days-May 28 and May 29 at Ecopark urban area (Van Giang district) attracting 15 thousands tourists. At the market, owners of gardens, farms and collectives sold 65,5 tons of fresh lychee, including 65 tons of early-ripening lychee, 0.5 tons of egg lychee and other products. The selling price of early-ripening lychee was from VND 40,000 to 45,000 per kilo; the selling price of the egg-lycheewas from VND 140,000 to VND 150,000 per kilo. Total revenue that gardeners and collectives gained were from VND 3.2 million to VND 3.5 million. In addition, Kim Hang Luc Ngan organic agriculture joint stock company (Bac Giang province) signed the contract with collectives to consume 5 tons of fresh lychee
