After the opening speech of the meeting of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council listened to and considered the proposals and draft Resolutions: Regarding the proposal to approve the housing development program in Hung Yen province to 2025 and with the orientation towards 2030; on the approval of the list of projects that need land recovery in 2022 in the province; on the approval of the list of projects using land for rice cultivation under 10 hectares in 2022 in the province; on the land price adjustment coefficient (K) to determine the land price for calculating land use levy in Hung Yen province in 2022; on the approval of the performance of investment project on the construction of the Ring Road No. 4 - Hanoi Capital Region; on the Regulation on prices for SARS-CoV-2 testing services that are not covered by health insurance payment at public health care units in Hung Yen province; regulating the level of support for registration of intellectual property protection until 2030 in Hung Yen province; stipulating the content and spending levels of statistical surveys in Hung Yen province, guaranteed by the local budget; the List of public non-business services funded by the state budget in the field of Industry and Trade in Hung Yen province.

The contents were appraised and submitted at the meeting by the Economic – Budgetary, Cultural - Social and Legal Affairs Boards of the Provincial People's Council.

Vote to approve the Resolutions at the meeting

At the meeting, after listening to the reports of the Provincial People's Committee and the inspection reports of the Boards of the Provincial People's Councils, 100% of the delegates of the Provincial People's Council voted to approve nine important Resolutions.

Speaking at the closing of the meeting, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council suggested the Provincial People's Committee quickly direct and concretize the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council, noting as follows: For the implementation of the Resolution approving the list of projects that need recovering and approving the list of projects using less than 10 hectares of rice land in the province in 2022, the Provincial People's Committee directs functional agencies to inspect, review the current land use status, ensure the consistency of data and locations between the dossier and the field of all works and projects in the list of works, projects subject to land recovery and the one using less than 10 hectares of land under the land use plan in 2022 in the province. For the implementation of the investment project to build the Ring Road No. 4 - Hanoi Capital Region, the Provincial People's Committee needs to closely coordinate with the People's Committees of the provinces and cities that have the Ring Road No.4 route going through to complete the procedures on approving the project implementation in the area under the responsibility of the province. In particular, directing the Department of Transport and the Department of Planning and Investment to closely follow the content of the request for adjustment and supplementation for the section passing through Hung Yen province in order to ensure the synchronization of the province's transport system with the national one, creating favorable conditions for the socio-economic development of the province. For the performance of the housing development program in Hung Yen province to 2025, with the orientation to 2030, the Provincial People's Committee directs departments, branches and localities to make and adjust master plans, land use plans and the planning to develop urban and rural areas to meet housing development needs in the area, especially social housing, housing for low-income people, the poor and social policy beneficiaries. For the implementation of SARS-CoV-2 testing service prices, the Provincial People's Committee needs to publicize the new testing service prices and strengthen the inspection and examination of the collection of testing fees at medical examination and treatment facilities; direct medical facilities to purchase supplies, chemicals and biological products for SARS-CoV-2 testing in accordance with regulations, ensuring quality, thrift, efficiency, combating wastefulness and negativity...
