Speaking at the opening session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Quoc Toan emphasized that in the tenth session, the People's Council would consider and discuss 36 submissions and draft resolutions in the fields of health, education and training, agricultue and traffic in the province; the contents submitted to this meeting have been carefully and qualitatively prepared by the Provincial People's Committee. Comrade Chairman of the Provincial People's Council suggested that the Provincial People's Council's delegates promote the roles and responsibilities of the elected deputies, focus on discussing, analyzing and clarifying the necessity, effectiveness, suitability with reality and carefully consider to make the right decisions in each content, meet the trust and expectations of voters, at the same time for the rapid and sustainable development of the province in the future.
At the meeting, the Provincial People's Council reviewed 19 submissions and drafted Resolutions approving the investment policy of the project on the construction of school items in the education and training sector; 12 submissions and draft Resolution on approving investment policies for construction, renovation and upgrading projects of canals, bridges and a number of traffic routes in the province; five submissions and draft resolution on approving investment policies for the project of new construction, upgrading and expansion of commune-level health stations, the procurement of equipment for commune-level health stations and upgrading and expanding a commune-level health station and the provincial-level hospitals in the province.
The proposals and draft resolutions submitted at the meeting were closely examined and commented by the Economic – Budgetary Affairs Board and the Cultural - Social Affairs Board of the Provincial People's Council.

Speaking at the closing session, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council affirmed: With the urgency, seriousness and high sense of responsibility of the delegates, the tenth session, the 17th Provincial People's Council has completed all the proposed contents and programs. The meeting unanimously voted to approve 36 resolutions approving investment policies for public investment projects under the authority to decide on investment policies of the Provincial People's Council. In order for the investment policy of the projects approved at the meeting to soon be implemented and put into use, ensuring practical efficiency, it needs the active participation of all levels, sectors, local authorities and project’s investors. Therefore, the Provincial People's Council requests the Provincial People's Committees, all levels, sectors and investors to urgently implement investment procedures to ensure compliance with the process and regulations of the law, and allocate enough resources for investment projects, ensuring that the works are carried out on schedule.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Quoc Toan emphasized: The main and most important task from now to the end of 2022 is to focus on reviewing and implementing specific measures in each field, striving to complete well all targets and socio-economic development goals of the province in 2022. The Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the functional departments and branches to continue to do well in guiding and closely coordinating with the People's Committees of the districts, town, city and relevant units to organize the implementation seriously, the efficiency of approved investment projects; strengthen inspection and examination to promptly detect, correct and overcome limitations and weaknesses in the implementation process. To focus on drastically directing the implementation of tasks on socio-economic development, national defense and security, striving to complete and achieve the highest results the set targets and goals of the 2022 plan.
