The project is implemented in 7 component projects, operated independently, including: 3 component projects implementing compensation and resettlement support in the area of ​​each province and city (component projects 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3); 3 component projects invest in parallel road construction in each province and city (component projects 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3) and component project 3 invests in building a highway system.

 

To date, Hanoi city has approved and recovered 786.2 hectares of land, reaching 98.44%; moved 10,281 graves, reaching 99.36%; received 776.82 hectares of land, equivalent to 48.35km, reaching 91.7%. For moving high voltage electricity, 4/16 intersection points have been completed, 37/39 column foundation positions have been handed over, and construction of 33/39 high voltage pole foundations has been completed. Construction output of component 2.1 project reached 43.04% of contract value and 100% of the 2024 plan.

In Hung Yen province, land clearance for agricultural land, public land, and business land has basically been completed. To date, Hung Yen province has recovered and handed over 215 hectares of land, reaching 95.1%; moved 4,193 graves, reaching 99.5%. Construction of 29/33 electric pole foundations is being organized to serve the relocation of 110kV, 220kV, 500kV electrical systems. The construction output of component 2.2 project reached 28% of the contract value and 97.11% of the approved schedule.

 

In Bac Ninh province, the plan has been approved and 363.84 hectares of land recovered, reaching 97.28%; Basically completed moving the grave. Moved a total of 37 high voltage pole positions of 110kV, 220kV, 500kV and completed construction of 18/32 pole foundation positions with the site handed over. Construction output of component 2.3 project reached 13.6% of the planned value.

 

Regarding disbursement and payment situation, for Hanoi city, the capital plan has allocated more than 14 trillion VND, disbursed 71.81%. For Hung Yen province, the capital plan has allocated more than 5.2 trillion VND, disbursed 56.69%. For Bac Ninh province, the capital plan has allocated more than 3.6 trillion VND, disbursed 60.97%.
