At the end of January, 2019, the road connecting Hanoi-Hai Phong expressway and Cau Gie- Ninh Binh expressway crossing two provinces of Hung Yen and Ha Nam were completed the first phase and put into operation. The province always prioritizes financial resources for investment in building technical infrastructure of industrial parks. Transport infrastructure, water supply systems, electricity supply systems, resettlement areas... were simultaneously constructed, with a total investment of trillions of VND. In the period from 2021 to June 2023, the province received approval from the Prime Minister to invest in 6 more industrial parks and approved the addition of 2 industrial parks to the planning of Vietnam's industrial parks; bringing the total number of industrial parks in the province to 17 with an area of over 4,395 hectares. Of these, 6 industrial parks have been put into operation and are ready to receive investment, 3 industrial parks have started construction...

From the beginning of the term to the end of June 2023, the province has attracted 188 more investment projects with a total registered capital of nearly 85 trillion VND and over 800 million USD; bringing the total number of investment projects in the province to 2,157 projects. Overall for the period 2021-2023, the industrial production index will average 108.8%/year.

Along with the development of industry and handicrafts, in the period 2021-2023, the province's agricultural and fishery production value maintains good growth, with an average increase of 2.7%/year in the 3 years 2021 - 2023 ( plan for the period 2021 - 2025 to increase by 2-2.5%/year). In particular, the New Rural Construction Program received positive responses from people in the province and achieved many results.
