On implementation of the Resolution ref 128/NQ-CP dated October 11, 2021 of the Government about

"Safe and flexible adaptation and effective control of Covid-19 pandemic"; Decision ref 218/QĐ-BYT  dated January 27, 2022 of the Ministry of Health about the temporary medical guidance on the implementation of Resolution ref 128/NQ-CP; Correspondence 497/BVHTTDL-VHCS  dated February 18, 2022 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on running the business of karaoke and disco in the new situation; Correspondence of 283/BGDĐT-GDTC dated January 24, 2022 of the Ministry of Education and Training about the direct training in educational institutions, The Provincial People's Committee directs as followings:

1. From March 2022: Agree to reopen the services of karaoke, massage, bar, disco, cinema, gymnastics, yoga, spa, beauty clinic, hair salon, dining, cultural, sport activities, religious institutions, funeral, wedding, engagement and require 5K as the regulation. People travel from and to the province must comply strictly with 5K. Allow children to go the kindergartens and high school students go to school.

- Based on the pandemic level in the district, according to the guidance of the central and provincial government, the People's Committees of the district, town and city reopen theabove activities flexibly and ensure the safety on epidemic prevention and control.

Department of Education and Training hosted and cooperated with the Department of Health, the People's Committee of the district, town and city to direct the educational institutions to conduct strictly the methods of disease prevention and control according to the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training and Ministry of Health.

2. Finish quarantine and treatment at home to infections without symptoms or slight symptoms during quarantine, who experience 7 days of treatment and have negative PCR results. In case the test is still positive after 7 days, apply quarantine to 10 days to people taking adequate doses as regulated; or  to 14 days to people who jab inadequate doses as regulated.

3. Agencies, enterprises, business and service facilities are responsible for receiving laborers defined in point 2 of this correspondence back to work. Strictly implement regulations of pandemic prevention and control at the departments and units as the guidance of the health sector.
