To prepare for the implementation of the 2018 General Education Program, the Ministry of Education and Training has piloted a model of training and retraining for teachers to prepare for teaching through the application of information technology. The Vice Chairman emphasized that the 2018 General Education Program is carried out in difficult conditions, but Hung Yen province affirmed that it would be performed well and on schedule.
