Authorities assisted people in Hung Yen city from flooded areas to safety
Through actual records of reporters in Phu Cu, Tien Lu, Kim Dong, Khoai Chau, Van Giang districts and Hung Yen city, many households living on the banks of the Red River and Luoc River in dangerous areas have been approved by the government. Local authorities urgently moved inside the dike to ensure the safety of human life. In Thuy Loi commune (Tien Lu), 10 people from Le Chi and Thuy Duong villages were moved to Thuy Loi Primary School from the evening of September 10.
