On September 29, 2023, the Vietnam Culinary and Cultural Association (VCCA) coordinated with a number of units to organize a certification ceremony for 121 typical Vietnamese culinary dishes in Hanoi, of which Hung Yen province has 03 dishes: Dong Tao Chicken Tien King; Phuong Tuong Braised Frog, Harrowing Gear.

These are culinary dishes that have met the criteria, including cultural value, history of culinary formation and development; Typical values ​​of quality (nutrition, safety, sensory), production technology, processing, preservation and circulation; economic value, capable of developing in the community.
