▪ Power supply: Power supply is continuous and stable through Yen My 110 / 22KV / 35KV substation with capacity of 63MVA.

▪ Water supply:  The industrial water plant is built with the capacity of 7,500 m3 / day and night. Water is taken directly from groundwater.  The water supply system is connected to the fence of each enterprise.

▪ Water drainage:  Rainwater and waste water drainage systems are arranged separately.  Rainwater is collected through the sewer system and drained into canals in the area. Wastewater is collected in the wastewater treatment plant of the industrial park.

▪ Waste water & waste treatment:  The wastewater treatment plant is built with a total capacity of 4,000 m3 / day and night. Waste water is treated partially at the factories before discharged to the sewage system of the industrial park.

▪ Fire protection:  Water pipeline and hydrant systems are arranged along main roads of the whole industrial park.

▪ Internal traffic:  The internal road system is constructed with reasonable cross-sections, ensuring easy and convenient movement to each factory. Lighting system is installed along the routes.
